Apply directly to a college
Cornell says you apply directly to one of its colleges or schools, and Human Ecology sets its own preparation and supplement rules.
Undergraduate · Cornell
Cornell's College of Human Ecology studies the interactions between people and their environments from scientific, social and design perspectives, through majors that emphasise interdisciplinary, evidence-based work. Its admissions page lists units of preparation with depth in math and science, names Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate coursework in biology, chemistry or physics, requires chemistry for some majors and requires a design supplement for design majors. For an A-level or IB applicant, the decision is which major fits and whether preparation matches it. This guide makes no claim about odds.

Support
Avandy provides independent academic and admissions support. It is not affiliated with Cornell University or any of its colleges or departments. Preparation sits within the Avandy Trinity Advisory Model: a Strategic Admissions Consultant, a PhD-level Academic Mentor and a Subject-specific Tutor, working to the actual requirements of each course. Support here is limited to understanding the requirements and planning the applicant's own work; Avandy does not write or edit essays, does not submit any materials and has no partnership with Cornell University. No outcome is promised.
