A four-year BSc, F1NF
Delivered by the Department of Chemistry; Imperial says it develops core chemistry alongside management potential.
Undergraduate · Imperial Chemistry with Management
Imperial's Chemistry with Management BSc runs for four years: chemistry for the first three and a final year with the Imperial Business School. It shares its entry rules and interview with the department's other chemistry degrees, so the decision is not about being good enough. It is whether you want a business year in place of the longer research route of the MSci.

The degree
Imperial describes the first two years as fundamental chemistry through interdisciplinary modules, with extensive laboratory experience, and the third year as a chance to tailor the degree across advanced topics and complete a research project. The final year is then spent with the Imperial Business School, where business-related modules and group project work deepen knowledge of the management and finance of organisations.
Management year or research route?
The Department of Chemistry teaches both on the same entry rules, so the choice is about what the last year is for.
you want chemistry plus an introduction to business and leadership, and a degree that ends a year earlier than a five-year option.
you want a research-led route to Master's level. Avandy's Imperial Chemistry MSci guide covers it.
management is your main interest. Compare by course, not by title.
